Athlete OS is a training dashboard provided by Box Nutrition & Performance Ltd. It turns your test results into training zones and fueling targets.
Athlete OS is a training tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Sharp pain, illness, chest symptoms or signs of under-fuelling need a medical professional. If your body disagrees with the dashboard, follow your body. Check with your doctor before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme.
You must be 18 or over. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Give accurate information.
How we handle your data is set out in the privacy notice. You can export or delete your data at any time.
The dashboard is sold for a one-off payment, shown on our website at the time you buy, with no subscription. It is included at no extra cost for anyone who has a test with Box. Payments are taken by Stripe.
Cancelling and refunds. [Solicitor to confirm.] If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. When you buy, you ask us to give you access immediately. If you have already used the dashboard, we may deduct a fair amount for the access you have had, or where the law allows, you may lose your right to cancel once digital content has started with your consent. A full refund closes your access to the dashboard. Tests booked with Box are covered by their own booking terms.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.
We take care in providing the service, but numbers depend on the quality of the underlying tests and data, and we cannot guarantee any training or health outcome. [Have a solicitor set the limits of liability.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
